If you have got Thrissur in first option and you have choosen for higher options then you will not be able to thrissur again.
Because the moment you selected for higher options then that seat is considered vacant and will be allotted for next eligible person.
If you are not eligible, that is do not has sufficient rank for higher options in that case your Thrissur option will retain.
