Dear Aspirant,
With rank this low you won't be able to get any college in any city in the country. For any decent government college, your rank must be under 80-90k or you belong to any reserved category with all India rank ~1lakh(+).
I suggest you should prepare again and give the exam next year. And if you are aiming for NITs or GFTIs make sure to get a rank between 30-50k and if you want some other decent college than NITs then aim for at least 80k.
