I got242000 rank in jee mains and obc rank is 78000 can I get seat in spot rounds

With this huge rank in JEE main, you cannot get a seat in any government colleges for engineering like NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. Even your category rank is very high. You have zero chances of getting any seat at all. Even in the CSAB spot rounds you have no chances to get a seat. So please go for private engineering colleges like Sharda, Manipal, SRM etc. Here's a list of some of the best private engineering colleges in India
