Firstly you have scored really good score dear. but sorry to say its too hard to get admission in a govt. medical college through AIQ as the opening rank for MBBS for SC category is expected to be 94 and the closing rank is expected to be 38653 and for BDS it is from 14000 till 49936.
You can apply for state counselling ,there you still have chanvce to get an admission dear.
