hello aspirant,
if you have attempted the mock test without logging in, the results would surely have been cleared, you won't be able to check your results as there won't be any medium where your data(marks) have been stored, however, you can check your history tab, you may get a chance to visit the same page and view your marks (only if the page has not been refreshed).
