I had 88.56 percentile in March session in jee mains .can I get a chance to write her advanced

Whether you can appear for JEE advanced 2020 or not depends upon jee main qualifying cut off

With 88.56 percentile, your chances are low to be eligible for JEE advanced if you belong to general category but if you belong to any other category then you have very good chances to be eligible for JEE advanced exam
