No, You might not face any issues if you have passed in class 10th after attempting supplementary examination. As long as you have requisite percentage of marks in class 10th you can pursue higher studies or apply for job recruitments based on your qualification. But you might face questions in the interview regarding your Academic performance. Ensure that you will be able to answer such questions honestly and you are good to go. You do not have to worry have decent academic performance in Class 12th and Graduation.
