If you are not satisfied with your AEEE score in first three attempts, then, you can surely go for fourth attempt. It all depends upon you, if you are really interested you can surely go for it. There is nothing to worry in regard to this. But the file attached to the note says something else, hmm.... Could you please clarify https://www.amrita.edu/admissions/btech-2021 . There is no such line where we are asked not to write and also nothing that intimates us to take part.
