I had applied for Feb and March 2021 session for jee mains. Now can I apply for april and may session through same application I'd ?

Yeah! You will have to fill the application form with your same Application ID by logging in the NTA website as you have done previously and pay the fees which will complete the application process.
The last date to submit the application is 5th April,2021.
