I had completed my inter in 2017 but ihad ncc b certificate in 2019 does this certificate is valid for neet counselling or bcertificate is valid for only inter students or it is valid for degree students for neet counselling

Well I would like to tell you that as far as central counseling is concerned, there are no benefit of ncc certificate in getting admission. If you can then search for state counseling because there it might be of use to some but in central quota it is of no use.
