i had completed my sastra application and the application fee is also debited.but in application its showing, the payment is in pending verify after sometime.I have been calling to help line number since last 10days.but now in application it is showing i have to pay application fee.what should i do?

Hello,
If the payment status is pending you need to may the payment once again. Your application will be considered only if you have paid the application fee successfully. The amount that was already debited will be refunded to you. If it is not refunded contact the bank customer service and enquire. You have to provide the transaction details such as transaction date, amount and number so that the customer executive can assist you with the details of the refund.
