    You can either do a job or a masters. Masters are provided in private colleges and govt setups like AIIMS Delhi. If you do not want to study more and need a financial stability, you can apply for jobs in corporate hospitals or central government hospitals like AIIMS. It will also add to your experience and CV and you can pursue masters if in future from a better institution.
