i had filled my NEET application as General category, i am not sure that I had got EWS certificate from revenue dept, because some confussion in EWS creiteria. If i got the EWS certificate , shall i mentioned EWS category at the time of MCC registraion

No. If you are not sure you belong to EWS Category or not, you should get that clarified. You cannot have one Category in NEET application form and another Category in MCC Registration. Your admission will be cancelled if you mention EWS Category and you dont get the certificate. They will also not consider you under General Category.
