i had given neet 2020 and i want to give neet 2021. If i got less marks in neet 2021 than neet 2020 can i get the college on the basis of neet 2020 exam.

I can understand your desire to be a in a medical field of your choice but unfortunately I have to tell you that what you are asking is NOT POSSIBLE, it's just a rule and that's why NEET exam organized every year in the month of MAY (tentatively on the first Sunday of MAY).
