Hello Harsh,
As your JEE MAINS percentile are good enough but your board percentage is not very good. But if you want to do engineering, then for getting admission in different engineering colleges the marks of board exam does not matters now, only your JEE MAINS rank matters.If your rank is good enough and under thr required rank by different government colleges, NITs or IITs you can apply for them.

I want to add here that for the admission in NIT or IIT aur any government college under JOSAA counselling, 75% in boards is must. Your rank is good enough but sorry you have not fulfilled the criteria, so you cannot apply for any of these colleges.
