I had got 82.463%ile in mains would I get a seat in NIT colleges?

Please mention your category because different category have different percentile for qualifying if you are in general catergory so unfortunatily you are not eligible for jee advance 2019 and not qualified in jee mains 2019 and if you are from OBC category so there is chance according to your all India rank and percentile, you can get a college in your home quota.
