Dear Fathima, there have been issues reported in regards to AIIMS Final registration process. Candidates have been facing issues with payment for the entrance exam. Students who faced the same issue tried clearing cache, browsing history, etc, restarted their systems and re logged in. It worked for them. You might as well give it a try. There are issues going on but with these steps eventually you will be able to complete the registration process.
