I had not mentioned in my gate cse 2019 application that I belong OBC category, so can I use OBC cert. to get admission ?

Dear Vivek, if you haven't opted for OBC as your Category, then you cannot claim it during counselling and admission. The merit list will be prepared based on the category you have chosen while filling in the application form. And altering the merit list during counselling and admission are not possible.
