i had paid money for all four sessions but i would not written two sessions can i get money for not written exam

I don't know which examination you are talking about. But in general, the application fee for any examination is non-refundable. SO if you don't attempt the examination then the possibility is that you will not get the money back.

Yes, if you want to give only two sessions and opt out two sessions, then NTA has given guidelines that it will refund the amount to the given bank account.
You need to mention it during the registration of that particular session, which you do not want to give.
The refund will be initiated after all sessions are conducted.
