I had pass 12 science in 2019-20, but had miss IMU-CET of 2019-20........(So my question is that shall i have to repeat class 12 again)

Yes you can appear for the 12 now also so but you have to give 12th in private mode because it's impossible to give you to give 12th again from the school or whatever the board you are in study it's better to prepare for private exams for XII

There is no age limit for MHCET and the age limit for IMU-CET is 17 to 25 ...
And there us no need to give 12 again..
