I had qualified in jee advanced exam and I had got 6,700 rank in obc category can I get seat in any IIT'S???

Congratulations on clearing JEE advanced. You have cleared JEE Advanced but at this rank, you can't expect a seat in IIT, because the cutoff of IIT is usually high.
