I had registered for Gate 2020 and did the payment, but I found that my signature was not correct. So I correctly filled another form using other email and phone number and did the payment. is this considered as multiple applications? Is it fine or candidature can be rejected?

as you have said that you have registered multiple times for the gate examination.so when the officials while verifying the candidate list will verify the first application and will decline the second application.
even if you made the signature wrong you can write the exam anrd provide the government id for the verification at exam center if neded.
