I had registered for mopup round n the college is not good so I can get registered in second mopup round

Hii there,
First of all your question is not clear, you must mention which counselling and which registration you are talking about. As it is not mentioned, let me tell you if it's about NEET mop up round, then you can apply for a fresh registration if you haven't registered for previous rounds. Even if you registered for 1st and 2nd round of counselling and didn't attended it, you can freshly register for mop up round.
