I have interest in both CIVIL engineering and ECE . Can any one please suggest me which one is the best. According to job opportunities etc

Civil and mechanical engineering are usually more focused in numerical methods applied to the continuum mechanics equations and involves maths but least. Computer science and electrical engineering usually have a lot of abstract algebra. So you can choose Civil because maths is less in it. But it does not mean you will be totally escaped so a bit minimal shall be required. So it depends on your interest now.
