Hello,

As you know that this is not the qualify score in NEET so you will not be eligible to apply for the admission in Government colleges but you can directly contact to the private colleges if they allow you.

Hello Dear,

Chances are less but present.

for BHMSrequired minimum >120 marks but it depends on the category or colleges.
