I had scored 97percentile in jee mains 2022, can i get cse in any of the nit in general category?

See If we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2021 then according to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your CRL rank is expected to be in the range of 30690 - 34500 .

Note that the rank which is predicted is only the expected rank on the basis of previous year's data so your actual rank might vary depending upon current factors.

Based on such rank and considering your category as General since you have not mentioned it, you have almost no chances for CSE in any NIT but if your preference is CSE branch then you can go for:-
