I had taken admission in engg clg through kcet2018 & cancelled it later.now i'm appearing fr kcet 2019.

Dear Hema, you will have to select the option 'Yes' because you followed the quoted procedure. If you appeared and secured an admission but decided to not to continue with the seat in 2018, but are trying again in 2019, it is self explanatory that you did what they asked you whether you did. So you should select the option as 'Yes'.
