I had wearing specs for clear vision.My specs power is 5.4 and 5.8 can I use PWD category in jee exams

You will not be considered as pwd in jee as for availing pwd reservation minimum of 40% visual impairment or complete blindness is mandatory to avail the 3% reservation for pwd category. If you have very loweyesightor complete blindness or limitation of field ofvisionsubtending an angle of 20 degree or worse then you come underPWDstatus.
