I had withdrawed one session in jee main.will my money refund? if so, when ?

Yes, any extra money that has been deducted from your account during online payment will be refunded to you within 7-14 days.
If you do not receive after a month then you can drop your concern to NTA and they will look into the matter and you will get the refund.
