I had written caste as OBC Ncl in jee mains application form but I am in general category and I had not changed caste in th form any problem

According to me, since you won't be able to submit OBC certificate than your general rank will be used for counselling. You will be treated as general candidate and you will not get benefit of OBC. Hope it helps
