I had written the name of my father's name at mother's name column and mother's name at father's name column in jee application form and i already appeared for jee session 1 examination. what should I do? Will i face the problems in counselling?

No you might not be facing any issue for this but for safer side what you can do is once you get your admission, you can submit an application regarding the correction of your father's and mother's name in records.
