I did my 10th in Maharashtra but 12th in other states, am I eligible for Maharashtra State Quota

Hello ajith happy to see you ask question like this.
But the answer i know is to be local in that are you should have 4 years in that present area.
In your situation you are learning 12th class in telangana but you now that you are not in telangana for 4 years.
So you won't be considered as local in telangana.
You would treated as local in maharashtra only.
I am glad to know that you would like to be local in maharashtra.
So i am happily say that you are not local in telangana.
