i hav not opted ews in my neet application. but i hav ews certificate. cn i apply it in state counseling?

As you haven't applied for EWS quota in NEET form fill up instead of having the EWS certificate with you , you should definitely apply for EWS quota in your state counseling . All state give opportunity to fill fresh application for state counseling with your NEET AIR . In that fresh application you should apply for EWS quota and obviously during verification round you have to produce that EWS certificate in front of verifying authority . If you do all this you will definitely get EWS reservation .
