Hello aspirant,
You cannot receive an NDA because your eye sight does not meet the requirements. According to NDA qualifying requirements, the range for myopia and hypermetropia for Navy and Air Force personnel is from -0.75 to +1.5. When hypermetropia is present, the minimum distance vision can be corrected to 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in the other. You cannot pass the medical test since you have -1.0 eye power.
