I have 10 th certificate and then after I did open degree in 2009 and then after I did open inter I am eligible or not for APPSC group 2

You may be eligible for APPSC Group 2 if your Open Degree is from a UGC-recognized university and is recognized by the Government for employment purposes. APPSC generally requires candidates to possess a recognized bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

However, since your Intermediate was completed after your degree , your eligibility depends on whether your Open Degree was awarded under a valid Open University system recognized by UGC and accepted by APPSC . APPSC verifies the recognition of degrees obtained through Open Universities/Distance Education during certificate verification.
