Last year, the qualifying cutoff for general category candidate was 134 to 701. Now cutoffs change every year depending on various factors such as difficulty of paper, highest score obtained in the examination, number of candidates qualified the examination, number of candidates appeared for the examination etc. But 150 out of 720 is quite a low score. You may try through state counselling but chances are quite less. Getting a BAMS seat with this score even in private medical college would be tough as most of the private colleges have the cutoffs above 250.
