Hey Debatra,
The answer to your first question is that you have to get you caste certificate updated as it is older than 3 years. Also, it's better to submit a recent dated caste certificate.
The answer to your next question is that if you don't want TFW, then it is not mandatory to submit your income certificate. For more clearance, I would recommend you to visit the official WBJEE website.
