Hi Anooha !
Answer to your first question :
1) Based on your performance in the TSICET exam , you will be allotted
a rank .
2) This will be used in the counselling process where you are required
to submit the following documents for verification :
> Rank Card
> TSICET 2019 Hall ticket.
> Mark sheet of SSC / Intermediate or Equivalent Qualifying Examination.
> Class IX to Degree Certificates.
> Your Caste & Income certificate issued on or after June 1st, 2019.
> Transfer Certificate of Degree or Equivalent.
> Residence Certificate
> In case of non-local candidates, you will need to produce residential
certificate of either of parents in Telangana for 10 years excluding
the period of employment outside Telangana from Tehsildar.
> Aadhar Card
So yes , the Income certificate is compulsory to be produced on day of counselling.
Answer to your second question :
1)You can visit the official portal (icet.tsche.ac.in) in order to
access your admit card which will be released on 9th May 2019.
2)You will need to enter the issued registration no., DOB and
qualifying exam’s hall ticket no. to download the document.
3)As you know , the state level exam is scheduled for May 23 and 24 in CBT mode.
4)You can view the exam center , timings, exam instructions and other details in that admit card/hall ticket.
Hope this helps, all the best !
