i have 35 marks in physics and total percentage is 58 and i have 90 percentile in JEE main am I eligible for engineering college?

No I'm really sorry to inform you that you cannot apply for engineering colleges through the JEE mains examinations. Because as per the eligibility criteria rules you need 75% aggregate marks of you are from General category to qualify for applying into various colleges. Even reserved category has a cutoff of 65%.
