Yes you are eligible for neet because your aggregate marks in pcb are 46.33%.
The eligibility criteria of neet mentions that candidate's marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects and should be above or equal to
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
So if your percentage in class 12th for pcb crosses this limit then you will be eligible for neet.
