Hello Vicky,
Each and every government job in railways has a different criterion for eligibility. However in general a minimum of 50% is required in your 10+2 to be eligible for most of the posts. However a consideration of some percent is given for students belonging to SC/ST/OBC.

& i have 57% in 10th

It totally depends on the exam you are appearing for. Before applying for any exam you have to check its eligibility criteria for applying.
