You are eligible for neet examination with 53 % aggregate marks in PCB and you are eligible for getting admission in a medical college after qualifying Neet examination on the basis of marks obtained by you in NEET, it doesn't matter even if you don't have 50% individually in each of physics chemistry and Biology
This is because,
To be eligible for neet, you should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
-) at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
-) at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
-)at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Now,
You belong to general category and
Your aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology is
= 53% i. e more than 50% so you are definitely eligible for neet 2021 examination .You can even get admission in AIIMS with 53% aggregate in PCB on the basis of your marks in NEET so don't worry just focus on your Neet examination preparation
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.
For detailed information about neet examination eligibility go through our page for which link is provided below; -

Now that you are eligible, and you have limited time left for your neet examination I'll suggest you to focus on your preparation and revision, go through mock test paper sample papers and previous year question papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
So, don't worry with 53% aggregate in PCB you are eligible for admission in all the medical colleges in general.
But yes, there's one exception.
The exception is afmc, where you need 50% individually in physics chemistry and Biology.
As per eligibility criteria of AFMC to be eligible you should pass all the subjects in your class 12th in your first attempt with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology and must get at least 60% in aggregate of PCB i. e Physics, Chemistry and Biology and at least 50% marks in English and 50% marks individually in each of PCB , also should have studied and passed maths in the class 10th.
