Hello Student,

For NIT B.Tech admission through JEE Main , Physics and Mathematics are compulsory. The required five-subject combination includes Physics, Mathematics, a language, one of Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subjects, and one additional subject. Therefore, Biology can replace Chemistry for the specified requirement, while IT can be the additional fifth subject, provided your board and the admission rules recognise it accordingly.
