I think there is some mistake in Question. According to the JEE Main rank you stated it is not possible to get an IIT or NIT College. You can take admission in local government college or private one which will be suitable and interesting for you. There are many colleges which provide quality educations and give platform for students extra-curricular activites and chances to compete.
you can search for a college according to your locality and get an admission there.
