Yes, you can apply for CAT, even though you haven't mention your category, but according to eligibility criteria of CAT,one just needs to have attained 20 years age and passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% aggregate. For SC/ST/PWd they need merely 45% at graduation level.
There's no age limit for appearing for CAT.
