I have 77 perceltile in jee mains and my OBC rank is 88166 and i have qualified for jee advanced. should i get admission in and NITs ?

Congrats for clearing JEE Mains but you have a low chance of getting into NIT still you can check for previous year cutoffs of NIT's on the following link
