Pranav, Application procedure of Amity university says that, Student securing 80%+ agg. in Class XII (from a recognized board) are exempted from selection process. Selection will be only on the basis of Amity Application Form. As you have got 79.6 percentage in 10+2, so you have quite low chances, but you might get into the waiting list. Moreover, name in waiting list doesn't guarantee you admission it would be possible if any candidate leaves his/her seat. For more details, visit here:
