yes it's enough percentage to choose a field after class 12th.Generally,75% is required in every field to take admission in colleges....can you please tell me for which course you are asking about?

Yes you are elgible for ssc...you have prepare very hard to clear ssc exam.

Please mention correctly which course you are referring too. And what I want to say is every course(SSC) which you want to join just need the pass percentage in the past course. If you're really interested in any course just follow what you believe.
