96.26 percentile in JEE Mains paper 2 is around 5000 rank in General Category and about 1500 in OBC.
With this rank there are only a few probable colleges that you can get B.Arch. Into like:-
1) NIT Hamirpur
2) NIT Patna
3) NIT Raipur
