Unless you are a reserved category student, you don't have a chance at NITs because the General category cut off is 89.754889. If you are an OBC student and have a home state quota for the NIT in your state, you might have a shot at lower tier NITs. If you are an SC/ST student and have a home state quota, you can even get a mid tier NIT and a popular course. If you don't have a home state quota and are an SC/ST student, you might have a chance at lower tier NITs, but no assurance.
Do keep a check at the cut off list to have more detailed info.
Good luck.
